Excited for your new bag? Us too! Here’s how it gets to you and what to do if it’s not exactly what you expected.

Because every piece is carefully handmade, we aim to get it to you within up to 10 days.

We’ll keep you updated with tracking info, so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Changed your mind? That's okay! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it:

- - Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and have the original tag attached.
  - Notify us: Please email us at nora@neystudio.nl to let us know you’d like to return your order.
  - Packaging: Place the item(s) securely in suitable packaging.
  - Shipping: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  - Refund: Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding the original shipping fee) to your original payment method.
